What Information We Collect and How We Use That Information?

Collection of Information
Lovitz IP Law PC does not collect any personally identifiable information from you (e.g., name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) unless you voluntarily choose to submit or otherwise disclose such information to us, including information submitted or disclosed by mail, telephone, fax or electronically.  We will not sell, trade or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties outside Lovitz IP Law PC.  Lovitz IP Law PC will only use your information to respond to your request for information, to register you for events or subscriptions at your request, or, if appropriate, to consider your request for consideration of employment with Lovitz IP Law PC.  If you are interested in applying for a job at Lovitz IP Law PC and choose to submit resume information by email, we will use it only for the internal application review process.  We will not voluntarily share, rent or sell it outside Lovitz IP Law PC.

General Use of Information
